To promote the neighborhood connection, they regularly hold an “open house”. To strengthen this initiative, a virtual clinic has now been developed. Visitors can enter here as avatars, browse around, and watch various videos and presentations. They also get access to photorealistic spaces, for a true-to-life view of the clinic. Especially for (future) staff, there is a protected virtual space with content such as videos, animations, e-learning and documents. This virtual clinic plays a critical role in staff recruitment, neighborhood connectivity, onboarding, and training, all in a realistic, virtual setting.

This approach significantly improves the learning process by gaining knowledge in the specific context in which it will be applied. Ambasco played a key role in developing this e-learning content, including educational videos and animations, to create an immersive and effective learning experience.
