Ambasco supported Spaarnelanden in setting up 'Hoe Zit Dat?! ' , a series of monthly internal knowledge sharing sessions. These sessions, presented at lunchtime, promote knowledge transfer between colleagues. Ambasco developed a matching logo, animations and narrowcast presentations in line with Spaarnelanden's corporate identity. Ambasco also advised on using a vlog camera for high-quality recordings, which can then be edited internally and shared via the intranet. This project not only provided Spaarnelanden with valuable promotional material, but also a sustainable system for future sessions.
Naar de online websiteA core pillar of Ambasco is promoting learning and sharing knowledge. It was therefore an excellent opportunity to support Spaarnelanden in organizing their monthly internal knowledge sharing sessions called “Hoe Zit Dat?!”. The purpose of these sessions is to inform colleagues about current projects and initiatives in an interactive way during a lunch meeting.
We started by developing an eye-catching logo and a dynamic animation to introduce the sessions in an attractive way. These elements are designed in accordance with Spaarnelanden's corporate identity, which ensures familiarity and professionalism. For each session, we created a narrowcast presentation that combines animation, images and text. These presentations are shown both on company screens and on the intranet, to alert employees to upcoming sessions.
In addition, we have provided advice on how to use a vlog camera so that employees can independently make high-quality video recordings. The first recordings were provided by our production team, after which we created a template for further edits, made available via Canva.
The implementation of “Hoe Zit Dat?!” at Spaarnelanden has led to:
This project shows how effective knowledge sharing can be when properly facilitated and supported, an expertise where Ambasco excels.
Of course, we are always open to discussions about the best approach. It might be wise to have a conversation with Frank first to determine exactly what your organization needs.
