Ambasco branded and promoted the Health Cloud Initiative mental health event at the Singer Laren museum. The event's theme image, “The Kimono Girl” by George Breitner, was combined with HCI's brand identity. At the same time, we also promoted the Breitner exhibition among HCI Software customers.
Naar de online websiteWhen organizing the Health Cloud Initiative inspiration session event at the Singer Laren museum, we had a special opportunity: to combine HCI Software's brand identity with an iconic work of art. The theme image for the event was George Breitner's famous painting The Kimono Girl, a work of art that was prominently displayed at the Singer Laren exhibition at the same time.
The painting The Kimono Girl became the visual focal point of the branding for the event. We have worked carefully to interweave HCI Software's brand identity with this theme image. This resulted in a harmonious mix of technology and culture, in line with the museum's environment and the theme of the inspiration sessions. This unique image gave the event a cultural dimension that was very much in line with the location and target group of Health Cloud Initiative.
In addition to branding the event itself, we also had the opportunity to see the Breitner exhibition in the Singer Laren museum to promote to Health Cloud Initiative customers. This provided a valuable synergy between the event and the art exhibition. The visitors to the mental health event not only received valuable insights into the digitization of healthcare, but were also inspired by Breitner's art.
Through email campaigns and social media, we brought both the event and the exhibition to the attention. This created an extra experience for the guests and gave the event an exclusive and cultural character.
Ambasco provided all the necessary design materials for the event, from invitations and posters to digital content for the Health Cloud Initiative website and social media channels. The combination of HCI's corporate identity with Breitner's painting created a strong visual identity that felt both modern and classic.
In addition, we provided aftercare via the HCI Software website and social media channels, where you can find a review of the event. The Dutch Health Club also published an extensive article about the event, entitled “Dialogue is crucial for digitization of mental health care”, which highlights how important interaction and knowledge sharing is for the digital future of mental health care.
The HCI Software mental health event at Singer Laren was not only a substantive success, but also a visual and cultural highlight. The collaboration between Ambasco and HCI Software ensured a smooth transition from branding, promotion and aftercare, where art and technology went hand in hand.

With this project, Ambasco showed how branding and event organization can reinforce each other by integrating unique, contextual elements such as art and exhibition into the marketing strategy.
Of course, we are always open to discussions about the best approach. It might be wise to have a conversation with Frank first to determine exactly what your organization needs.
