PoliDirect is an institution for second-line medical specialist care recognised by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport with the aim of providing specialist care close to home.
PoliDirect had grown very quickly, which meant that more and more people were involved in promotional activities. This led to a sprawl of use of logo, colours and corporate identity. Ambasco was commissioned to bring some order in this.
The Approach of Design
The approach we took was first to identify which communication tools are important. We then created a style guide in which we defined a basis for the use of logo, colours, etc. and in which we designed the various items of communication. On the basis of this style guide, all methods of communication were consequently designed. In addition, firm agreements were made that all designs of the communications tools would only go through the head office and Ambasco Design and Marketing. This has created much more continuity and recognisability in the PoliDirect brand.
